FIELD SERVICE :

- Semiconductor and Disk drive manufacturing equipment: CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) Strausbagh (6DS/nTeg), and Applied Materials Mirra, Common Wealth Scientific IBDS (Ion Beam Deposition System), Cyberite IBDS, Nordiko IBDS, Balzers ZH 620, and ZH 660 sputtering systems, DNS wafer cleaners AS-2000 and SP-W813-AS, Brooks Automation Techware CTC controllers, Wafer plating lines and Wetdecks, Laser and mechanical texture, disk sputtering, Futek and Despatch HFRO (High Field Reset Oven).

- Medical: Catheter balloon blowing and drilling, tubing extruder, automated solvent bonder, Nitinol wire lines,

- Other: Honing and die casting, lamination press, mask aligner, microscope, vibration, and displacement automated measurements. We offer a wide variety of engineering services, from design and development to documentation, studies, and reports.

- With most of the PC's and controller hardware and software becoming obsolete, don't be caught with a dead hard drive without backup. I can upgrade, backup and clone your hard drives on all of the above tools running Microsoft Windows, Microware OS-9, and PLC Ladder logic.

 

ENGINEERING SERVICES:

- Designs meet the necessary standards and codes: (NEC, NFPA79, OSHA, etc.)

- Design of control systems for the following types of equipment: CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization), EPI (Silicon Epitaxial growth), RF induction  heating, disk media sputtering, disk laser and mechanical texturing, leadframe plating, solvent bonders and dispensers, lamination press, mask aligners,  High Field Magnet Oven, Catheter balloon blowing and drilling.

-Circuit design and PCB layout using National Instruments circuit design Suite (Multisim, and UltiBOARD Power Pro)

- LabView based turn-key system development.

- Mechanical design and simulation using Solidworks, and AutoCAD.
